And we are currently looking for a Market Research Manager M/F for our Ipsos Creative Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a Client Manager, as a Market Research Manager M/F you will manage research projects across various categories, from the implementation of the project to the presentation of the results to the client, in a stimulating and international environment

*Client management: *
• You will be the client's main contact in the day-to-day operational project management
• You will be able to develop an effective and solid client relationship

Project Management:
• You will intervene upstream of the study project (client briefing phase) and on the study & methodology design, schedule & budget framework.
• You will participate in carrying out the study, ensuring the work of the researcher is correctly carried out and within the client deadlines: questionnaire check-up, fieldwork launch…
• You will actively participate in the analysis work and the results’ presentation: writing of the report, analysis, and recommendations for clients

At Creative Excellence, a Research Manager is a key player of our department’s daily development:

  • Talent development: direct management of researchers, follow-up of their training, monitoring their daily work
  • Department development: Commercial support and prospection

Profil recherché

Profile

• Completed a 4/5-degree / Bac+4 / Bac + 5 (Progis, IEP, CELSA, business schools, Sciences Po, 3rd cycle marketing, studies)
• At least 4 years of experience, Market Research experience is a real plus
• Professional Proficiency in English (oral and spoken)
• Proven collaboration working skills within the organization
• Good ability to be responsive and agile to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
• Excited to learn and develop in an innovative and international context
• Positive state of mind / solutions oriented
• Proactive
• Good communication skills & assertiveness both in an internal and external context
• And of course, you master Excel and Powerpoint
