Descriptif du poste

As part of the IT and Tech Finance team, reporting to the Group IT and Tech CFO, you will be a crucial liaison between headquarters, countries, and Service Lines CFOs for all IT Opex and Capex matters. You will also support the IT and Tech CFO in core financial activities, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year strategic planning, collaborating closely with the COO, CTO, CIO, and their direct reports.

Main Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain a robust framework for monitoring IT costs, resources, and Capex across the Group, enabling tracking by project and against budgets/forecasts.

  • Ensure detailed monitoring of IT spend, resources (FTEs), and Capex, differentiating between local, regional, and global costs to maximize ROI and minimize duplication.

  • Help to ensure that the Tech Governance is properly followed and applied (Jira Service Management..)

  • Monitor IT & Tech Headcount (> 1.000) and payroll costs and be the guardian of their proper allocation from start date, together with HR

  • Support the Group IT & Tech CFO in approving all projects & other Information Technology commitments via the ITAC.

IT Capex and Opex Management:

  • Oversee the IT Capex approval process and follow Budget and Forecast implications from a Balance Sheet and P&L perspective.

  • Provide transparent reinvoicing to the different entities of the Group, ensuring efficient Group spending and avoiding cost duplication across local, regional, and global levels.

  • Assist in providing clear visibility into IT spend and its trends to the Top Management and different Committees.

  • Follow, reconcile and approve hosting costs from our different global providers on a monthly basis (Rackspace, AWS, Google Cloud..)

  • Follow, reconcile and approve network costs linked to our Global provider on a monthly basis.

IT and Tech Initiatives / Transformation priorities:

  • Foster a ROI-driven culture aligned with Group strategic objectives.

  • Partner with the Group CTO, CIO, and their direct reports to provide visibility into IT spend by Division and Initiative, supporting quarterly IT & Tech Business Reviews.

Profil recherché

  • Master’s degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Finance.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS standards.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with proficiency in other IT tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team, across a matrix organization, and within a multicultural setting.

  • Quick learner capable of engaging with multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to both challenge and collaborate with local management.

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

  • Strong communication skills, adaptable to both high-level overviews and detailed analyses.
