Job Description

We are looking for an IIS Client Service Manager to join our team based in Paris.
Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) is the Ipsos center of online expertise for the Ipsos Group. The IIS Client Service own the overall relationship Ipsos France/IIS and liaise with the Ipsos Interactive Ser-vices departments to support the business with Proposals, Pricing and Products.
As a key member of the team, you communicate fluently in French and English. You enjoy dealing with customers always with the goal of representing Ipsos as a brand.

Primary responsabilities
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with local Ipsos
• Provide business analysis and recommendations for a better service & an increased busi-ness volume
• Facilitate communication between Research teams and IIS teams
• Increase local awareness of existing IIS products and capabilities
• Support with information on online research & best practices
• Provide knowledge of IIS panels and feasibility for research projects
• Provide sales support material to client account managers
• Work with Quotation and New Product Development groups to identify new business op-portunities (including new online research tools)
• Validate the specific pricing policies associated with accounts
• Provide insight on sample demands to feed into sample development management strate-gies

Preferred Experience

• Experience in managing client organizations or groups
• Strong market research knowledge and experience
• Financial knowledge & Business acumen
• Proven experience in customer service and negotiation
• Collaboration & Communication skills
• Ability to change and drive change with an open minded, proactive and flexible approach
• Demonstrated ability to plan effectively and work under pressure
• A results oriented mind
• Team spirit & strong leadership skills
