Job Description

SIA (Social Intelligence & Analytics) is a new service line at Ipsos (launched end of 2018) dedicated to the analysis of unstructured data with cutting-edge, artificial intelligence-powered algorithms. We deliver actionable insights from social intelligence and other data sources.
The team in France is now made of 15 people, working across all other departments and in close relationship with our team of data scientists.
Working under the responsibility of the Service Line Leader, your missions as Digital Insight Manager will be the following:

*Client facing: *

  • The Digital Insight Manager M/F is the key contact to provide guidance and expertise in the definition of the most relevant overall design for each project, including the data to collect and analyze as well as the methodological approach. You will guarantee the highest quality of execution throughout the production process.

  • You will cooperate with the Client Organization team to answer briefs and put together relevant proposals.

  • You will interact with our clients act as an evangelist to showcase and explain our innovative offer, including our Ipsos proprietary tools.

  • You will participate in the development of the SIA offer by proactively liaising with the Global SIA leadership team to share opportunities and feedbacks from clients.

  • You will work closely with the data scientists to develop new algorithm suites and data analysis processes to meet our clients’ needs.

Preferred Experience


  • You have at least 7 years of experience working in a digital or data insight driven environment - preferably in agencies - with a strong exposure to clients.
  • You have a proven track of building an effective relationship with your clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and delivering presentations to them.
  • You have a strong appeal for innovation and AI-driven analysis.
  • You are experienced in social listening.
  • You are fluent in English (oral and written).
